Your account
Account is the last tab in the app. It lists every space you belong to and how you sign in.
Sign in
Accounts are Google-only currently. Sign out is on the your account page and in the drop-down user menu & space switcher. Signing out does not leave a space or delete books. (You can contact our privacy team anytime to delete your personal data and all data in Spaces your account owns.)
Home space
The space marked Home is where you land after sign in. Use Make home on another space to change it. Open jumps into that space without making it Home.
Theme
The sun / moon button in the header switches light and dark. The choice is saved in your browser.
Plans
Plans live on your account and on spaces you own. Joining someone else’s space does not require you to pay. If they have a paid plan on their space, you get access to paid features in that space only.
- Free - one active space you own, three active budgets in that space, limited invites on a space you own.
- Premium - three active owned spaces, unlimited budgets, can create viewer invites.
- Pro - ten active owned spaces, everything Premium includes today.
New accounts start with a 30-day trial of every paid feature (Pro plan). After that your plan automatically switches to Free unless you subscribe. Service plan prices and the comparison table are on Pricing.
